How to shop with Y. Vestis... 

New to Y. Vestis? ¡Bienvenido(e)s! Here are all the FAQs you need to know for a fabulous user experience. 

The Meaning of Vintage and Pre-Loved Apparel/Accessories:

Vintage apparel tends to be pre-worn and show minor flaws and wear. Here at Y. Vestis each item is handpicked, inspected, and cleaned prior to selling. Construction flaws are repaired and any visible wear is included in the garment description. Please review the description carefully prior to purchasing the item. 

Y. Vestis Condition Standards:

Mint: Garment is flawless, was barely worn or not at all, and has not been altered.

Excellent: Garment has no obvious faults in appearance, and possibly was worn several times. Fibers may be weakened by time and/or conditions.

Good: Garment has minor stains and/or fabric tearing or abrasion which may be noticeable; or, fabric may be weak from time and/or conditions.

Care Instructions:

Garments: 

Every item sold by Y. Vestis is cleaned and cared for based on the textiles. If available, please refer to the care instructions on the garment tag. In the event that care instructions are unavailable, please spot clean, hand wash with gentle laundry detergent, and/or take item to your trusted dry cleaner. Treat with love!

Jewelry: 

Please rinse the jewelry with warm water and use a soft brush (toothbrush) to clean away dirt. If additional cleaning is necessary, please use mild dish shop and wipe gently with a cloth. Repeat any of these steps as necessary for cleaning purposes. 

Note: Y. Vestis is not responsible for any potential damage made to garments and jewelry based on the care instructions listed above. 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is currently only available in the United States and all items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Items are packaged 1-3 days once the order is received. Items are shipped, from the Philadelphia Region, within 3-5 business days after the purchase is made. All shipments are based on USPS capacity and hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Saturday hours vary and are dependent on time of year. Estimated arrival time of packages range and depend on the geographical location for which the item is shipped.

Return Policy:

All items listed on YVestis.com are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
